Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Coverage
ZapNest currently ships to all serviceable pin codes across India only.
We do not ship internationally at this time.
2. Shipping Cost
Free shipping is included with all subscription tiers (Lite, Core, and Elite).
There are no hidden shipping charges.
3. Shipping Schedule
3.1 Monthly Dispatch
Boxes are dispatched between the 10th and 15th of each month.
3.2 Delivery Time
- Metro cities: 3-5 business days
- Tier 2 cities: 5-7 business days
- Remote areas: 7-10 business days
3.3 First Box (Founders)
For Founder 500 members, the first box ships in February 2025.
4. Courier Partners
We partner with leading logistics providers including:
- Delhivery
- Blue Dart
- DTDC
- India Post (for remote areas)
The courier partner may vary based on your location and serviceability.
5. Order Tracking
Once your box is shipped:
- You will receive an email with tracking details
- Track your order via your Member Dashboard
- SMS updates for delivery status (if phone number provided)
6. Delivery Issues
6.1 Failed Delivery
If delivery fails due to:
- Incorrect address: Re-shipping charges may apply
- Recipient unavailable: Courier will attempt 2-3 deliveries
- Refused delivery: No refund will be provided
6.2 Lost Packages
In the rare case of a lost package, we will:
- Investigate with the courier partner
- Reship or refund at our discretion
6.3 Damaged Packages
If your box arrives damaged:
- Take photos before opening
- Contact us within 48 hours at hello@zapneststore.in
- We will arrange a replacement
7. Address Updates
You can update your shipping address anytime through your Member Dashboard. Address changes must be made before the 5th of the month to apply to that month's shipment.
